An environment that encouraged their involvement and growth ahead of the chance to lead and hold each other accountable which I found many were not ready to do.

Great add Tyler, Sometimes we do need to just get out of the way. A lot of times we think the success of our ministry is based on the quality of our ministry. As if our efforts are the driving force of change in a students life. God can use our students to change lives, even if things aren’t done up to our standards. God’s power is the changing force, so we can get out the way sometimes.
