Best part: using the gifts of compassion, empathy to minister to my students.
Worst part: not just not being included but actually being excluded from conversations with other youth pastors in the area because I’m a woman.

I’m going to a meeting on Wednesday with all the youth pastors in the area and will be sharing in love with them about this issue. PLEASE pray for me!! Nervous!!
