In reply to Mandana Adam. To help people open up you just want to make a community. Give your a group a couple weeks to get to know each other, live and laugh together. I saw how that made a much more comfortable atmosphere in my life group.

I loved this article. I come from a small beautiful African country called Rwanda, also born in a Seventh-day Adventist home. Some of the topics mentioned above aren’t something we talk about, though I would recommend that we do. For example Anxiety, self-esteem and body image. Instead, you get people body shaming and lowering your esteem at a young age telling you how you should look like and how you should talk, walk, and so on. I would love to talk about such topics with my elders since the youth is more open-minded and exposed to the world than the elder. Anyway, great work, Thank you.
